Real Leadership Book Club
The Real Leadership Class is a course that spans 12 months, during which participants go through six books. The focus of the class is on reading and integrating the teachings from these books to become better leaders for God and His church. The program aims to apply the principles learned from the books to enhance leadership skills within a spiritual context.
Discipline in Reading:
A leader from Servants of Grace mentions the discipline required to maintain regular reading habits, emphasizing that less time spent reading can lead to feeling overwhelmed. They also reference Apostle Paul’s request for books and parchments in 2 Timothy 4:13, highlighting Paul's continued desire to read godly material and Scripture, despite his vast biblical contributions and extensive education.
Reading as Vital Ministry: Reading is considered a vital part of ministry, not only for reading godly books but also for regularly engaging with the Bible. It is seen as a chief way for Christians to grow in their faith and knowledge.
